Who I am
I was born, raised, and continue to live in the San Fernando Valley. I grew up in Woodland Hills, CA and now reside in beautiful old town Chatsworth. As a therapist I like to incorporate many aspects of my personality into sessions. I love to laugh and joke around, but I also love to discuss serious topics with the respect and weight they deseve. My history as a life coach often appears in my therapeutic style: I like to help people solve problems and live to their fullest potential. I incorportate aspects of many modalities in session, but personally am most drawn to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Identifying your values and incorporating them into everything you do is a major part of therapy with me. I have experience working with people from a variety of ages, backgrounds, and circumstances. I love working with people with OCD using a mix of exposure and response prevention and ACT.

In my free time I love to play board games, DnD, and videogames. I also am a musician/singer-songwriter/crafter who loves to work with fellow artists. I love bringing creativity into the therapy room as a way to relieve stress and uncover feelings. On my days off, you can find me listening to some 70's rock (Eagles, The Beatles, Doobie Brothers, etc.) while I make art (usually shrinky dinks) or playing some video games (My favorite is The Last of Us or Baldur's Gate 3). I am also a part of the LGBTQIA+ community and I love working with other queer people.
